Remove Fears
Pregnancy is a wonderful and exciting experience but it can also be daunting. The information (and sometimes lack thereof) can be overwhelming and can create fears about the process. Peaceful Parents make for Peaceful Babies
The importance of a calm, happy and loving environments cannot be over emphasized when it comes to pregnancy and childbirth. When parents are calm, so too is baby. A peaceful, positive and loving environment is the greatest gift you can give your child.
Communication
Learning about hypnosis and your suggestibility will teach you a lot about the way you communicate with your partner and how this impacts on your relationship. The Peaceful Pregnancy Program is truly about the entire pregnancy and does not treat the delivery of the baby in isolation. You will learn about communication, roles and expectations and how life is going to come together with this new addition to the family.
It is important to realize that this process is not necessarily instinctive and must be communicated clearly to avoid conflict.
